Emmalee went to "preschool" at the rec center for two weeks. Her best little buddy was in the class with her, so she was excited to go...the first day anyway. I was amazed to hear that she had actually cried for me during the class. The last class, she cried almost the whole time. She's always been so easy to leave with anyone...she's just not a big fan of school. At least we've got a few years left to change her mind.

It's been so much fun having Emma home during the day while Ryan's at school. We spend our time reading books, going to story time at the library, mommy-and-me swim lessons, playing dress-up and just having fun. She has such an imagination and lively personality, that no day is boring!
