I bought myself a sewing book for my birthday last month. It's called "Pretty Little Presents," and it's
full of quick gift ideas.
Since I've taken up a bit of hand sewing, I've discovered that I can
never find my needles when I need them.
I whipped up a couple of these this past weekend.
The entire project, from cutting out the fabric to sew on the button
takes 1/2 hour or less!
Aren't they fun?

I love them! You'll have to do a tutorial! I went to a new quilt shop yesterday and signed up for a class on doing wool applique-I'm so excited to try something new. How are the Hexi's coming along?
