More ties

I finished the last two ties last night, sitting in the kitchen watching the evening darken, listening

to Celtic Woman. Bob and Ryan were at Scouts and Em was in the bath...it was a nice way

to spend a bit of the evening. A friend of mine contacted me a couple of weeks ago...her 18 month old is in a Fall wedding, and they were having a hard time finding ties to match

the Fall colors. I was excited to try something knew and was surprised to learn

that ties are kinda fun to make! There's a great pattern here

We have a weekend with nothing planned...but to enjoy the last weekend of warm weather, get our yard ready for winter, and sew, sew, sew!
