{Christmas}

{Christmas Eve}
While Mom and I baked, the kids entertained themselves with a bit of fort building,

coloring,

Christmas mad-libbing,

turkey injecting,

and Gingerbread House decorating.

One of our traditions is that the kids get to open one present
on Christmas Eve, and it's always new jammies.

{Christmas Morning}
Up bright and early!

Nana got Emmaa sewing box full of tools and fun things to use.
It didn't take her long to get started!

Bob gots lots of tools, now that he has a shop to use.
Can't wait to see what he makes for me! :)

Mom knitted all of the girls new hats.

Bob and his parents trying to put together one of Emma's new toys.

Uncle Matt had to leave on Christmas morning.
The kids sure had fun with him!

Dad and Bob were in charge of frying three turkeys.
If you've never tried fried turkey, you need to!
The heat keeps all of the moisture in.
Delicious!
Ryan convinced Bob and Randy to play card games.

Max and Amanda

Randy brought a stuffed animal that had belonged to his wife, Barb.
He explained to Emma who it had belonged to...Emma obviously loved it!
